Rice Ring

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Press rice into a greased 8-inch ring mold.
Set mold in a baking pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes.
To serve, loosen edges with a knife and invert onto a round serving dish. Fill the center with hot vegetables or beans.
