Ingredients
  Diced green peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parboiled rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Yellow food coloring 3 Drop (Or As Desired)
Directions

1. Melt butter and olive oil.
2. Add onions and peppers and saute them.
3. Garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Add rice, food coloring and water.
5. Stir it and close the lid.
6. Let it cook on slow heat.
7. It is ready in 20 minutes.
