How To Make Brown Rice

Cooking brown rice is easy. Here is a short video on how I cook mine. Although I used chicken stock, you can use water or vegetable stock to keep it completely vegetarian.
Ingredients
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Butter/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot, place rice, add garlic powder and mix. Pour in the chicken stock, add butter, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 35 minutes.

SERVING
2. Serve with your choice of gravy.
