Very Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raw brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, divided into small chunks
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Use 6 Cups For Regular Cooking Or 4 1/2 Cup For Pressure Cooking Respectively)
  Mixed small beans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), soaked for regular cooking (Such As Mung, Split Peas, Red, Or Lentils)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or pressure cooker.
Add the rice and saute it for 5-7 minutes, until it crackles and browns lightly.
Stir in the chunks of butter until they melt; then add the water and mixed beans.
Pressure cook for 15 minutes. For regular cooking, cook until the rice and beans are tender, adding more water if necessary.
Stir in the salt and serve.
