Oven Baked Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (uncooked)
  Hot water 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Toast long-grain rice in skillet over medium heat, shaking often, about 20 minutes.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole; add water and salt, stirring to separate rice.
Cover and bake at 350° till rice is tender, about 1 hour.
