Hint Of Spice Rice

Ingredients
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Long grain brown rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 Medium, peeled and sectioned
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
2. Gently stir in orange sections and almonds.
