|Brown rice||12 Ounce (325 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Freshly chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
Place the rice in a pan of lightly salted boiling water.
Boil gently for 30 mins, or until cooked.
Season to taste, then add parsley and mix well.
Place in a warmed serving dish to serve.
