Parsley Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 12 Ounce (325 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Freshly chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the rice in a pan of lightly salted boiling water.
Boil gently for 30 mins, or until cooked.
Drain well.
Season to taste, then add parsley and mix well.
Place in a warmed serving dish to serve.
