Vegetable Medley Rice Bake

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Uncooked instant rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen cream style corn 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Cut broccoli frozen in a cheese flavored sauce 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.
Grease 8-inch (2-quart) square baking dish or 9-inch square pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 375°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
