Vegetable Medley Rice Bake
|Uncooked instant rice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen cream style corn||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Cut broccoli frozen in a cheese flavored sauce||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
Heat oven to 375°F.
Grease 8-inch (2-quart) square baking dish or 9-inch square pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 375°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
