Fried Beef With Rice
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef||1⁄4 Pound, ground|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||2 , slightly beaten|
Chill the rice overnight, fry the ground beef and onion in a skillet until lightly browned, then add the rice and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Pour the eggs over the rice mixture and cover.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
May substitute bacon, shrimp or flaked crab for ground beef.
