Rice Verde

Ingredients
  Frozen creamed spinach 9 Ounce (1 Package, In Pouch)
  Packaged precooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

1. Cook spinach, as label directs.
2. Prepare rice with water, salt and butter or margarine, to make 3 cups.
3. Combine spinach, rice and nutmeg in a large bowl, mixing well. Spoon into a well-buttered, 4-cup ring mold. Let stand 5 minutes in a warm place.
4. To unmold, cover the ring mold with a heated serving platter; turn both over together; shake gently; lift off mold.
