|Boiling water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Regular rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 , trimmed and sliced|
1. Pour water over rice and salt in a 4-cup baking dish; stir to mix; cover tight.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Sprinkle onions over top; toss lightly with a fork to mix.
