Turkey With Rice

Ingredients
  Turkey roast 3 Pound, rolled (1 Whole)
  Canned condensed chicken broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)
  Uncooked long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered saffron 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped canned pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Prepare turkey roast according to package directions.
In saucepan, combine chicken broth and water; bring to boiling.
Stir in rice and saffron.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or till water is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Stir in snipped parsley, chopped pimiento, and almonds.
Serve with hot sliced turkey roast.
