Ingredients
  Chicken broth/Beef broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Long grained converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass casserole.
Cover and cook on HI (max. power) 12 to 14 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes, or until all broth is absorbed.
