|Chicken broth/Beef broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Long grained converted rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass casserole.
Cover and cook on HI (max. power) 12 to 14 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes, or until all broth is absorbed.
