1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Take a wok. Set the heat on medium-high. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add garlic and stir fry till you get the fragrance. Add pork and cook till done (approximately 3-5 minutes). Break in the eggs and cook till the eggs are done. Add in the vegetables and corn. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add the rice little by little. Stir and mix well. Sprinkle garlic powder, sugar and soya sauce. Mix well. Serve.
