|Crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Precooked rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Pre Packaged)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ripe banana||1 , sliced|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped maraschino cherries||2 Tablespoon|
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
In saucepan combine uncooked rice, 2/3 cup water, reserved syrup, and salt.
Stir to moisten rice.
Bring quickly to boil.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Add pineapple and lemon juice; cool.
Stir in marsh-mallows and banana.
Fold cream and cherries into mixture; chill.
