Rice Romanoff

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , finely chopped
  Curd cottage cheese 12 Ounce (1 Carton, Large)
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine rice and onion; set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, hot sauce, and salt; stir into rice.
Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
