Zucchini Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Zucchini 3
  Celery stick 2
Directions

Cook rice in large saucepan of boiling salted water until tender, about 12 minutes.
Drain.
Grate zucchini, chop celery finely.
Stir zucchini and celery lightly through rice with a fork.
