A simple to make fried rice recipe.
Ingredients
  Jasmine rice 6 Cup (96 tbs) (preferably a day old)
  Chicken breast/Beef 1 (pork and seafood)
  Chinese sausage 1 , sliced to bite size
  Frozen peas/And/or onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) (green onions)
  Extra virgin olive oil/Any cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon (you can reduce your sugar to just 3 full tablespoons)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Eggs 2 Large
