Camper's Rice Fry

Ingredients
  Bacon drippings/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 can)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (including tops)
  Celery and leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Smoked sliced beef 4 Ounce, coarsely diced (1 package)
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brand rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
Directions

In a large skillet, heat bacon drippings or butter.
Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid.
Add onions, celery and leaves, mushrooms and beef.
Sauted 3 minutes.
Add enough chicken stock to mushroom liquid to make 1-2/3 cups.
Bring to a vigorous boil.
Add soy sauce and rice.
Cover.
Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Uncover.
Add egg and stir until egg is cooked.
