|Hot cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)|
|Canned unsweetened peach slice||16 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine, and place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add chopped celery and chopped green onions,- saute until vegetables are tender.
Stir in long-grain rice, brown rice, chopped peaches, salt, curry powder, and ground ginger.
Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Transfer rice mixture to a serving dish, and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs,
