Cheese Rice Mould

|Uncooked regular rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Remove from heat; add cheese and toss lightly.
Pack into a buttered 4-cup mold.
Invert immediately onto serving plate.
