Prawn Fried Rice
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Pound (1 1/3 Cup)|
|Corn oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked pork||1⁄2 Pound, diced (1 Cup)|
|Prawns||1 Tablespoon (Shrimp)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked ham||1⁄4 Pound, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
Heat the oil, add the pork and fry for 2 minutes, then add the rice and stir continuously until it is quite hot, about 8-10 minutes.
Add prawns and lightly beaten egg and stir carefully through the rice.
Add the soy sauce mixed with the water and the chop
