Garlicky Brown Rice
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Short grain brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), minced|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned no salt added chicken broth||27 Ounce (2 Can, 13 3/4 Ounces Each)|
|Sliced green onions||4 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add rice, and saute for 1 minute.
Add garlic; saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in water, broth, and salt; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook over medium-low heat 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Spoon into a bowl; fluff with a fork.
Top with green onions.
