Garlicky Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Short grain brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 27 Ounce (2 Can, 13 3/4 Ounces Each)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced green onions 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add rice, and saute for 1 minute.
Add garlic; saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in water, broth, and salt; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook over medium-low heat 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Spoon into a bowl; fluff with a fork.
Top with green onions.
