Artichoke Hearts With Wild Rice
|Long grain and wild rice||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Frozen artichoke hearts||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets in water according to package directions, omitting butter.
Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain well.
Melt butter or margarine and combine with lemon juice.
Add artichoke hearts to hot cooked rice.
Pour lemon-butter over rice and artichokes and mix lightly.
