Easy Chicken Rice
|Canned condensed chicken broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Quick cooking rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cut green beans||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)|
1. Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
