Coconut Rice

Ingredients
  Basmati rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (uncooked)
  Light coconut milk 13 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweetened, flaked coconut 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine rice, coconut milk, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
Add coconut; fluff with a fork.
