|White sauce mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , slightly beaten|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Caviar/Anchovy fillets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Black Or Red, For Garnish)|
Cook rice with water and salt according to package directions, omitting butter.
Prepare a thick sauce with white-sauce mix and milk following directions on package.
Add hot rice, egg yolks, whipping cream, salt and nutmeg to sauce.
Heat butter in a large skillet.
Drop rice mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot skillet.
Fry slowly until browned on both sides, turning once.
Serve topped with sour cream and caviar or an anchovy fillet.
