Ingredients
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Brand)
  Water 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White sauce mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3 , slightly beaten
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Caviar/Anchovy fillets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Black Or Red, For Garnish)
Directions

Cook rice with water and salt according to package directions, omitting butter.
Prepare a thick sauce with white-sauce mix and milk following directions on package.
Add hot rice, egg yolks, whipping cream, salt and nutmeg to sauce.
Mix well.
Heat butter in a large skillet.
Drop rice mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot skillet.
Flatten slightly.
Fry slowly until browned on both sides, turning once.
Serve topped with sour cream and caviar or an anchovy fillet.
