Twin Flavored Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Liter (4 Cups)
  Oil 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Flank steak 2 Ounce, cut into 2 x 1/2 inch slices (56 Gram)
  Tomato 1 , peeled and diced
  Catsup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Vinegar 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter, Mixed In 2 Tablespoons /30 Milliliter Broth)
  Broth 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon, For Mixing Cornstarch)
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Shrimp 2 Ounce, cooked (56 Gram)
  Green peas 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Sesame oil 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon (Mixed In In 6 Tablespoons /90 Milliliter Broth, 5Milliliter)
  Broth 90 Milliliter (For Mixing The Cornstarch, 6 Tablespoons)
  Egg whites 2 , lightly beaten (Added Last)
  Half and half 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Stir cooked rice over medium-high heat with oil,saltand garlicfor2-4 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Add 2-4 tablespoons of broth if dry.
2. Flavor A: Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add flank steak and stir-fry for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until slightly thickened. Set aside.
3. Flavor B: Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add shrimp and green peas and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season with salt, sesame oil and pepper. Add cornstarch solution and cook until thickened. Pour in egg white and cream; mix well. Remove immediately from heat.
