|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Part Wild Rice If Desired)|
|Vegetable stock/Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and saute the onion.
Add the rice to the saute and stir over a medium heat until the rice begins to go clear.
Add the vegetable stock and soy sauce and cook, covered, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed.
Stir and serve hot.
