Savoury Rice

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Part Wild Rice If Desired)
  Vegetable stock/Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and saute the onion.
Add the rice to the saute and stir over a medium heat until the rice begins to go clear.
Add the vegetable stock and soy sauce and cook, covered, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed.
Stir and serve hot.
