Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Smokie breakfast sausage links 5 , sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
Directions

1. Combine butter, onion and celery in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are partly cooked. Stir in rice and sausage. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on REHEAT for 3 minutes. Stir gent
