Low Fat Not Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Pam spray 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Liquid butter buds/Fat free chicken broth 1 Teaspoon
  Canned fat free chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sherry/Cooking sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 4 Drop
  Uncooked long grain converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diagonally sliced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Toasted pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat a medium saucepan with non-fat cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add onion, and saute in Liquid Butter Buds, or chicken broth, about 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups chicken broth and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in green onions and pine nuts.
