Easy Chicken Rice
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Condensed chicken broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Cubed cooked chicken/Turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned drained green beans||7 Ounce (1 Cup, 1 Can)|
In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, combine onion, broth, soy sauce, rice and chicken.
Cook, covered, 8 minutes.
Stir in beans and water chestnuts.
Cook, covered, 1 minute or until hot
