Oven Rice

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 1 1/2-quart casserole stir butter into water till melted.
Stir in rice and salt.
Cover; bake in 350° oven about 35 minutes or till rice is tender.
Fluff with fork after 15 minutes.
