Confedii Rice In Bell Peppers

One of best way to use Thrive vegetable is to cook in a rice. It is called Confedii rice.
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Turmeric powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Green peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), par boiled
  Sweet corn 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, heat oil, add rice and toast it for a few seconds.
2. Stir in the onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium low heat
3. Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
4. Stir in the chicken broth, peppers, peas, sweet corn and salt. Mix until well combined. Cover and cook the rice at medium low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve this confedii rice hot.
