Chicken And Brown Rice Toss
|Cooked brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken||12 Ounce, cubed|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cashew nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In mixing bowl combine cooked brown rice, chicken, celery, olives, and green onion.
Stir together mayonnaise and Italian dressing; add to chicken mixture.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, add cashews and toss again.
Turn into lettuce-lined salad bowl.
