Chicken And Rice
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Diced chicken breast||2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked|
Heat oven to 350°.
Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex with Pam.
Slice margarine into small pieces and place in bottom of Pyrex.
Place in oven long enough to melt margarine.
In another bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Spoon mixture into Pyrex.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until rice is tender.
