Ingredients
  Cooked basmati rice/Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Eggs 2
  Mixed chopped vegetable 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (peas,beans.carrots,corn)
  Long sliced onion 1
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Peanut oil/Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

heat 1tbsp oil in a shallow pan or a wok.
add the eggs and cook and scramble it for a minute.
take the scrambeled eggs out of the pan.
now heat the remaining oil in the pan.
add minced garlic ,saute it for a minute.
now add long sliced onion ,cook for a monute or 2.
add the mixed vegetable ,saute it for a minute.
now add cooked rice scrambeled egg,salt and ground black pepper .
mix the whole thing well .let it stand for a minute
serve hot with chili oil and enjoy.
