Egg Fried Rice
|Cooked basmati rice/Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Mixed chopped vegetable||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (peas,beans.carrots,corn)|
|Long sliced onion||1|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil/Canola oil||2 Tablespoon|
heat 1tbsp oil in a shallow pan or a wok.
add the eggs and cook and scramble it for a minute.
take the scrambeled eggs out of the pan.
now heat the remaining oil in the pan.
add minced garlic ,saute it for a minute.
now add long sliced onion ,cook for a monute or 2.
add the mixed vegetable ,saute it for a minute.
now add cooked rice scrambeled egg,salt and ground black pepper .
mix the whole thing well .let it stand for a minute
serve hot with chili oil and enjoy.
