Rice Hot Dish
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Rice soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Raw brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (uncooked)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the ground beef with the onion.
Add celery and soup.
Stir until celery softens.
Add water as needed.
Stir in rice.
Grease a large heat resistant mixing bowl or casserole dish.
Transfer ingredients to the large bowl.
Cover with water.
Bake for one hour.
Stir after half hour and add more water if necessary.
