Rice With Pine Nuts And Raisins
|Uncooked instant rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||2 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)|
Cook rice with margarine as directed on package except substitute chicken broth for the water and omit salt.
Stir in raisins, pine nuts and pepper.
