|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable||1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat the egg lightly and gradually beat in the milk. Stir in remaining ingredients, with the exception of the oil, and mix well.
3. Spread the oil over the inside of a casserole. Turn the rice mixture into the casserole and bake for 30 minutes, or until set.
