Rice Supreme

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Turkey 1 Can (10 oz) (soup)
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
Then add rice, salt, eggs, pepper, carrots and soup.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
