Confetti Rice

Ingredients
  Raw rice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Regular)
  Rubbed sage 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Frozen peas 250 Milliliter
  Diced pimiento 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
Directions

In saucepan, brown rice with sage in butter.
Add broth; bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 15 minutes; add peas.
Simmer 10 minutes more or until done.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in pimiento.
