|Sprouted kidney beans||3 Cup (48 tbs), steamed for 20 minutes, then dried on paper towels.|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
In large bowl toss together the bean sprouts, onion, garlic, parsley and celery.
In small bowl mix together with fork the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar.
Pour dressing over salad and mix gently.
Let stand several hours
