Jiffy Chicken & Rice Gumbo
|Chicken flavor||195 Gram (1 Package - 6.9 Oz)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, coarsely chopped|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Canned diced tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, with garlic onion, undrained (1 Can)|
|Creole seasoning/Cajun seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
In large skillet over medium heat, saute rice-vermicelli mix and bell pepper with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.
Slowly stir in 2 1/4 cups water, chicken, tomatoes, Creole seasoning and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
