Jiffy Chicken & Rice Gumbo

Ingredients
  Chicken flavor 195 Gram (1 Package - 6.9 Oz)
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, coarsely chopped
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into pieces
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, with garlic onion, undrained (1 Can)
  Creole seasoning/Cajun seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet over medium heat, saute rice-vermicelli mix and bell pepper with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.
Slowly stir in 2 1/4 cups water, chicken, tomatoes, Creole seasoning and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
