Meat And Rice Bake
|Condensed soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked/Canned)|
|Canned chopped mushrooms||2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
In bowl stir together soup, sour cream, and milktill smooth.
Stir in meat, rice, peas, mushrooms, and seasoning.
Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till heated through, 55 to 60 minutes.
