|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Green onions||6 , cut into pieces|
|Bacon slices||6 , cut into pieces|
|Mushrooms||5 Large, sliced|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Frozen peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Shrimp/1 1/2 cup chopped chicken||12 Ounce|
|Uncooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||6 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
Rice: Cook rice as directed; set aside.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until brown and crisp.
Remove and drain; reserve grease in bowl.
Using a small amount of grease, brown onions until tender.
Remove and drain.
Using small amount of grease, stir fry mushrooms until tender.
Use grease to coat skillet and cook shrimp (or chicken).
Scramble eggs and remove.
Using small amount of oil or grease, coat skillet.
Add rice and turn with spatula until it separates.
Mix in all other ingredients.
