Spicy Cheese N Rice Balls

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Spicy creole/Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned jalapeno peppers 4 Ounce, seeded and chopped (1 Can)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients, with the exception of the bread crumbs.
Chill.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Roll the balls in the bread crumbs and fry, a few at a time, in deep oil heated to 375 degrees on a deep-fat thermometer, for about 3 minutes, or until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
