MIXED SEAFOOD FRIED RICE

Seafood fried rice can be a nice idea for any occasion and perfect to get rid of those rice leftover from the previous day. A healthier alternative.
Ingredients
  Mixed seafood 300 Gram
  Steamed rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Onion 1 Large
  Green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tuna 150 Gram
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Black pepper powder 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Heat the oil in a large pan or a Wok, fry the onion for 1 minute and then add the garlic.
2. Stir constantly for 2 minutes and then add the carrots, green peas, oyster sauce, black pepper powder and stir for other 2 minutes.
3. Add the seafood, tuna and stir until done.
4. Add the rice and mix until well combined.
5. Before serving, mix in the bell pepper.
