Pork Chop And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Finely ground pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Hickory smoked salt To Taste
  Beau monde 1 Tablespoon (As Needed)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Minute rice/3/4 cup regular long-grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz) (Swanson Clear Variety)
Directions

Trim excess fat from pork chops and use to grease skillet.
Remove pieces of fat before browning chops.
Sprinkle chops with seasonings.
Brown chops on both sides.
Add onion, green pepper, rice, carrot and chicken broth.
Cover and cook at 325° for 1 hour
