Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cold rice 4 Cup (64 tbs) (cooked)
  Cold chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), slivered (cooked)
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Eggs 2
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet, add rice and stir until hot.
Add chicken, onion, mushrooms and cook 5 minutes longer.
Beat eggs with remaining ingredients and add to rice, stirring rapidly so that mixture blends with rice before setting.
